1. Who we are

This website (qwadra.ai, “the Site”) is published and operated by Fulguro EURL, a French company operating under the Qwadra brand (SIREN 925 003 170), whose registered office is at 53 Chemin de Lahourcade, 65700 Lahitte-Toupière.

Fulguro EURL is the data controller for the personal data collected through the Site.

For any privacy-related matter, contact us at contact@qwadra.ai.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not legally required to; the contact above handles all privacy requests.

2. What data we collect, and why

We keep data collection to the strict minimum. We collect personal data in only two situations.

a) When you submit the “Request access” form

We collect your full name, company name, work email address and professional role.

  • Purpose: to respond to your request, qualify it, and contact you about Qwadra and Cobalt.
  • Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • The form also runs technical anti-spam measures (a hidden honeypot field and a submission timestamp). These process no additional personal data about you.

b) When you consent to analytics

If — and only if — you click “Accept” on the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics to measure audience and usage (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring source).

  • Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
  • No analytics script, cookie or identifier is loaded before you give consent. If you decline, nothing is collected.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. Where your data goes

Recipient Role Location Safeguard
Vercel Inc. Website hosting & form transit (edge function) United States EU–US Data Privacy Framework + Standard Contractual Clauses
Hostinger International Ltd Infrastructure for our data store (VPS) Servers in France (EU) Processing within the EU
Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC Analytics (only with your consent) EU + United States Consent + EU–US Data Privacy Framework + SCCs

On your form data specifically: when you submit the form, the data transits through Vercel’s edge network and is then stored on our own server hosted in France. It is not retained by Vercel and it is not stored in the United States.

Only Qwadra staff who need it to follow up on your request can access this data.

4. International transfers

Two of our providers (Vercel, Google) are established in the United States. Those transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Your form data, by contrast, is stored in France.

5. How long we keep your data

  • Form / contact data: up to 3 years from our last meaningful contact with you, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
  • Analytics data: retained for no more than 14 months. Your cookie consent is requested again after a maximum of 13 months.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you may: access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact contact@qwadra.ai. We respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (3 Place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — www.cnil.fr).

7. Cookies

Before you make a choice, no cookie or tracker is set, other than the technical record of your consent choice (stored locally in your browser, with a timestamp and policy version). If you accept analytics, Google Analytics cookies are placed to measure site usage. You can withdraw consent at any time via Cookie settings in the footer (or by contacting us at contact@qwadra.ai).

8. Security

Your form data is hosted on infrastructure located in France, transfers are protected with encryption (TLS), and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
